ORDER PROCESSING:
Most orders process within 1-3 days. As soon as it is packaged and ready to ship you will get a email letting you know your order is on the way and giving you the tracking number! Some of our products ship from fulfillment centers that are outside of the US, in these cases the tracking will not update until they arrive to the US so it may take longer for tracking to show up for those items.

FLAT RATE DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority Shipping which takes 3-5 days within the Continental US. A shipping charge of €6.99 applies to orders shipping Continental US. We may at times run specials on shipping, offering free shipping if you spend over a certain amount (such as free shipping for orders over €99). Any discounting is subject to change as well as the rate we charge for shipping is subject to change. On rare occasion there may be two shipping charges if the items are coming from different fulfillment centers. Additionally, large oversized orders where shipping greatly exceeds €6.99 we have the right to contact you to charge actual cost of shipping and cancel your order if you are unwilling to pay actual shipping, however this is an extremely rare occurrence.
